Vintage French/German Fabric
These beautiful vintage fabrics are from one of my favorite ebay sellers, frjoan, who lives in France. The fabrics average about 1/4 yard and they come freshly laundered and smell great (such a treat since many vintage fabrics I purchase have that old fabric odor). Joan also sells lovely vintage European linens — mostly sheets and pillowcases with embroidery and lace insertions.
I tried to be artistic with the photo — I haven’t decided what sort of quilt I am going to make with these fabulous pieces, but it will have to be something very special.

Oh wow! Those are GORGEOUS!! It will be a real treat to see what you decide to do with them. And I LOVE the way you photographed them! I’ll be back several times just to stare at them – yes, I’m afraid your fabric may have a stalker.

Yes, your are an artist with photography! This is gorgeous. Those of us who are “unhandy” with a needle still love to read about the creations of those of you who can create with fabric! C
