Less than two weeks until Spring! Seattle has been unusually sunny for the past several days, and the cherry trees are blooming like crazy. It reminded me of these old cherry designs, so as soon as I got home I cleaned up the images to share. Maybe those of you who are stuck indoors with snow storms might like to stitch up a little cherry motif while you wait for Spring to arrive.
Really cute! I always think of my mom’s kitchen when I see cherries. When I was little it was black/white/red and had a cherry theme. 🙂
Those are cute. I wish I spent as much time stitching as I do on the computer!
I love these (I Love cherries anything). I’m backed up with projects right now but will use these someday! Thanks Martha! Glad one of us is having good weather! It seems like winter may have finally broken here but they are using the *s* word for later this week again 🙁 In the meantime, your cherries make me feel cheerful!
Thanks again, Mickie
These are darling! And perfect for my kitchen. They’ll be fun to stitch, too. Thanks!
Beautiful cherries! I don’t know what I would make that would display this beautiful design. Hmmmm, I’ll have to ponder on that one….
Love these cherry patterns! I immediately saw a red and white nine patch alternating with blocks of redwork cherries. I need to dig through my reds now and see what I have. lol
